Simon has extensive experience in the electronic security industry, having spent the last 29 years with Pinpoint. As CEO of Pinpoint Limited, his responsibilities include overseeing product installation team activities across the UK, Republic of Ireland and US, and management of service and maintenance contracts for all Pinpoint systems.

Allan has played a key role in the development and growth of Pinpoint, having progressed in his role as Product Director where he led the design and development of the company's staff safety product portfolio.
As Chief Operating Officer, Allan is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, leading cross-functional teams, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring projects and services are delivered effectively
He also works closely with sales and marketing to facilitate product change communications and engineering documentation.
Richard has been responsible for the design and development of Pinpoint systems for over 20 years. As Chief Technical Officer, he oversees the product lifecycle process from conception through to completion ensuring technical soundness and efficiency of resources.
Richard is also responsible for the production of technical support and standards documentation as well as liaising with and directing external design houses and third-party suppliers.
