Richard has been responsible for the design and development of Pinpoint systems for over 20 years. As Technical Director, he oversees the product lifecycle process from conception through to completion ensuring technical soundness and efficiency of resources. 

Working closely with the Senior Design Engineer to provide advice and support to both clients and sales, Richard is also responsible for the production of technical support and standards documentation as well as liaising with and directing external design houses and third-party suppliers.
