Service and Maintenance Contracts

We provide a comprehensive range of contracted maintenance and support agreements designed to suit a range of needs, as well as preventative and reactive maintenance cover for your complete security environment.

We provide 4 levels of cover. These include:


Priority Service 


  • Provides telephone support between the hours of 08:45 and 17:15, 7 days a week and call reporting service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year


  • Response will be within 15 working hours. Pinpoint working hours are 08.45 while 17.15 Monday to Friday excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day


  • Provides two preventative maintenance inspections per annum


  • The cost of all replacement parts required during preventative and re-active visits are included


  • The cost of all labour is included


Priority Service Plus


  • Provides telephone support between the hours of 08:45 and 17:15, 7 days a week and call reporting service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year


  • Response will be no later than the end of the very next day with the exception on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day


  • Provides two preventative maintenance inspections per annum


  • The cost of all replacement parts required during preventative and re-active visits are included


  • The cost of all labour is included

 

Priority Service Star


  • Provides telephone support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year


  • Response will be within four hours


  • Provides two preventative maintenance inspections per annum


  • The cost of all replacement parts required during preventative and re-active visits are included


  • The cost of all labour is included


Priority call-out 24/7


  • Provides telephone support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Response will be within four hours


  • Provides one preventative maintenance inspection per annum


  • The cost of all replacement parts required during preventative and re-active visits are chargeable


  • The cost of all labour for reactive call-out is chargeable
