First class ongoing service and maintenance support, helping to keep your Pinpoint System serviced, anytime, anywhere.

Service Level Agreements 

We provide a comprehensive range of service level agreements designed to suit a range of needs.

We provide 4 levels of cover. These include:

P2 Priority Call Out 24/7

  • Provides telephone support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Response will be within four hours

  • Provides one preventative maintenance inspection per annum

  • The cost of all replacement parts required during preventative and reactive visits are chargeable

  • The cost of all labour for reactive call-out is chargeable

P2 Priority Service Star

  • Provides telephone support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Response will be within four hours

  • Provides one preventative maintenance inspection per annum
  • The cost of all replacement parts required during preventative and reactive visits are included
  • The cost of all labour is included

P2 Priority Warranty 

  • New P2 system warranty SLA (included free of charge)
  • Provides telephone support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Response will be within four hours
  • Provides one preventative maintenance inspection during the warranty period
  • The cost of all replacement parts required during preventative and reactive visits are included
  • The cost of all labour is included

P2 Priority Service

  • Provides telephone support between the hours of 08:45 and 17:15 Monday to Friday excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day and a call reporting service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Response will be within 72 hours excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day
  • Provides two preventative maintenance inspections per annum
  • The cost of all replacement parts required during preventative and reactive visits are included
  • The cost of all labour is included

Extended Warranties

We provide a range of extended warranty and repair options to ensure your Pinpoint System continues to deliver ultimate reliability in the most critical situations.

Not only do we ensure that all our products are manufactured to the highest-level of quality as well as adhere to strict industry standards, they also come with a range of warranties for added peace of mind, including our 5 year no quibble policy.

Whilst we are exceptionally confident in the quality of our products, we also understand the harsh environments in which they operate. Durability in our products is crucial, however, due to the nature of their use they often suffer accidental damage.

For example, in the last 12 months, 20% of our PIT products have been returned to us due to accidental water damage.

These are all covered under our new extended warranty programme.
